RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

No Returns on Custom Orders

At WEED TEES LLC, we specialize in custom apparel printing and cannabis-inspired graphic apparel for individuals, smoke shops, dispensaries, businesses, corporations, and other organizations. We create both our own designs and custom printed products using customer-provided artwork, logos, graphics, and branding.

Because every order is custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom printed products.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  • Each order is made specifically for the customer using custom artwork, branding, graphics, or apparel selections

  • Custom printed products cannot be resold or reused for other customers

  • All apparel is produced on-demand and made-to-order

  • Many products include personalized business branding, cannabis-themed artwork, or customer-approved custom graphics

Quality Guarantee

Although we do not accept returns on custom products, we stand behind the quality of our printing and production work. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or printing issue caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CS.WEEDTEES@gmail.com.

After reviewing your claim, if the issue was caused during our production process, we will replace or reprint the affected item at no additional cost.

Manufacturing Defects Include:

  • Misprinted graphics caused by production or equipment errors

  • Incorrect apparel item shipped

  • Damaged items caused during packaging or handling by our team

What Is NOT Covered

  • Problems related to customer-provided artwork, including low-resolution files, incorrect colors, transparency issues, or spelling mistakes

  • Customer changes of mind after design approval

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Minor color variation differences due to screen and print settings

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Design Approval Process

To help ensure customer satisfaction with every order:

  • Carefully review all design proofs before approving production

  • Verify spelling, graphics, placement, colors, sizing, and image quality

  • Confirm all apparel sizes, quantities, and specifications before approval

Once a design and order are approved for production, the order becomes final and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
