Welcome to WEED TEES LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Custom Order Agreement

All products sold by WEED TEES LLC are custom-made to order using customer-provided graphics, logos, designs, artwork, photos, branding, or specifications. We also create and sell our own cannabis-inspired apparel and graphic designs for individuals, smoke shops, dispensaries, businesses, corporations, and other organizations.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Your order is personalized and made specifically for you

  • All sales are final (see our Return & Refund Policy)

  • Production begins only after you approve the design proof when applicable

2. Customer-Provided Content

When you provide graphics, logos, photos, designs, or files for printing:

  • You confirm that you own the rights to use these materials or have permission from the copyright holder

  • You are responsible for the quality, resolution, and accuracy of the files you provide

  • You release WEED TEES LLC from any liability related to copyright or trademark infringement claims

  • You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, graphics, sizing, and design accuracy before approval

3. Design Proofs and Approval

  • We may provide a design proof for your review before production begins

  • You must approve the proof before we begin printing when proof approval is required

  • Once approved, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be canceled

  • If you do not respond to proof requests within 24 hours, we may proceed with production or cancel the order at our discretion

4. Product Quality

We use high-quality apparel materials, printing equipment, and production processes. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur between digital screens and printed products

  • Minor variations in print placement, garment texture, or ink appearance may naturally occur during production

  • We guarantee our workmanship but cannot guarantee results from low-quality customer-provided files or artwork

5. Production and Shipping Times

  • Custom orders typically require approximately 2 business days for production

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

  • Rush order services may be available for an additional fee

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

6. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD

  • Payment is required before production begins

  • We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal Wallet

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

7. Limitation of Liability

WEED TEES LLC liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption

  • Errors contained in customer-provided artwork or files

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information or custom designs with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order. Customer-provided graphics, logos, and photos are used solely for production purposes related to your order.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
